How is my order shipped?
Customer orders ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic and International customers will be emailed the USPS or UPS tracking number for their order the day their order ships.
Payment by Check or Money Order
I will accept a check or money order from USA Buyers. Customers who wish to pay by check or money order rather than use their credit card or debit card with PayPal Express Checkout can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call me at 203-633-4014 and leave a voice mail message. I will reply within 24 hours with easy to follow instructions instructions on what to do if they wish to pay by check or money order.
Order Turnaround Time
Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. The customer will receive an email from me the day their order is shipped with the shipment tracking number. If, for some reason, an order's shipment date slips beyond 2 business days I will email the customer and make them aware of the delay, the reason for it and when they can expect their order to ship.
My Personal Guarantee
My mission is to offer my customers great products, competitively priced and shipped fast. This is how I like to be treated as a customer and what I promise you. I guarantee that the product shipped is as I have described or I will either replace the item or issue a credit after receiving the returned merchandise back from the customer. Prior to returning the purchase customer is required to notify me of the return. They may either email me at email@example.com or call me at 203-633-4014. Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges based on the reason for the return.
I do not share my customer’s personal information with anyone. Since online purchases are made using PayPal I do not know the specific credit or debit card number a customer uses to pay for an online purchase. PayPal never shares any customer credit or debit card information with the retailer. PayPal simply informs me via email that a customer has made a purchase and passed their risk check making it OK to ship the item bought. I welcome any other privacy questions you may have.
